Our Sunday lunch went well beyond the usual roast (excellent), with choices such as pan-fried sea bass with fennel risotto and asparagus. A visit to our glorious, award-winning restaurant will linger in the imagination long after you return home. The menu created by our executive head chef Alan Staley & talented new head chef Dan Maskell, will delight and surprise any seasoned gourmet. Dishes are colourful, incredibly pretty and bursting with flavour. Highlights include: local sea bass with fennel risotto, a hot and cold gazpacho soup, succulent tasting plate of Moor Farm pork and Chocolate Declinaison - our pasty chef’s masterpiece in white and dark chocolate.

Meet the Team
Our dynamic kitchen brigade of fourteen is headed by a brace of talented chefs – Executive Head Chef Alan Staley, Head Chef Dan Maskell, and Chef de Patissier Steve Bott.
Between them they have worked in some of the most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants throughout the UK and Europe including: The Savoy, Chewton Glen, JSW, Le Poussin and Penny Hill Park.
