Our Isle of Wight Hotel has several conference rooms which are ideally suited for both small and large events:

The elegant and tranquil surroundings allow you to relax and focus on the business in hand, while our attention to detail ensures that events run smoothly.
The Royal takes pleasure in providing a service tailor-made for your needs whatever the scale of event. There are two fully equipped conference rooms as well as several syndicate rooms at your disposal, catering for a small team building exercise up to large conferences. Secretarial support is available and staff are very willing to meet any specific requirements.
Should there be time for additional activities our staff would be very glad to make suitable arrangements, whether it be to charter a boat or book a round of golf.
The Appuldurcombe Room
The Appuldurcombe Room is the ideal setting for larger conferences, seating 30 delegates Boardroom Style, 50 delegates Classroom Style and 80 delegates Theatre Style.

The Albert Suite
The Albert Suite is a smaller private room, seating 20 delegates boardroom style, 30 delegates classroom style and 40 delegates theatre style. Alternatively this room can be used as a separate dining area for up to 40 delegates.

The Blue Room
The blue room can either be hired for smaller conferences or as an extra syndicate room for private meetings and dinner parties. You can seat up to 10 people in this room.
