The Appuldurcombe Room; The Albert Suite; The Blue Room
The elegant and tranquil surroundings will allow you to relax and focus on business, while our attention to detail ensures that the day’s events run smoothly.
The Royal offers a bespoke service to fit your individual requirements, whatever the scale of the event. There are two fully equipped conference rooms as well as several syndicate rooms, catering for small, team-building exercises up to large conferences.
Secretarial support is available and our staff are happy to meet individual requirements.
Special Activities: Should there be time, our staff are very happy to make arrangements for a boat charter, round of golf, or other activities such as supplying mountain bikes for a breathtaking cycle ride with our Land Rover to bring you home.

The Appuldurcombe Room
The Appuldurcombe Room is the ideal setting for larger conferences, seating 30 delegates Boardroom style, 50 delegates Classroom style and 80 delegates Theatre style.
For banqueting functions The Appuldurcombe Room can accomodate 150 people for either a Buffet Meal or a Sit-Down meal where the dance floor is not required. For functions requiring the dance floor The Appuldurcombe Room can seat 120 people.

The Albert Suite
The Albert Suite is a smaller private room, seating 20 delegates boardroom style, 30 delegates classroom style and 40 delegates theatre style.
Alternatively this room can be used as a separate dining area for up to 40 people.

The Blue Room
The blue room can either be hired for smaller conferences or as an extra syndicate room for private meetings and dinner parties. You can seat up to 10 people in this room.
