A visit to our glorious, award-winning restaurant will linger in the imagination long after you return home. The menu created by our executive head chef Alan Staley & talented new head chef Dan Maskell, will delight and surprise any seasoned gourmet.

Dishes are colourful, incredibly pretty and bursting with flavour. Highlights include: local sea bass with fennel risotto, a hot and cold gazpacho soup, succulent tasting plate of island pork and Chocolate Declinaison - our pasty chef’s masterpiece in white and dark chocolate.

A great deal of passion, time and culinary invention goes into a constantly changing seasonal menu. We work hard at the little touches that will make your visit unforgettable from the handmade bread and delightful cheese biscuits to freshly prepared yoghurt and the best jam you are ever likely to taste, made with our own loganberries.
